Shipping Policy:
Hemp is cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight and is federally legal under the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm Bill). We are able to legally ship our compliant hemp products to most states. However, because state laws vary and continue to change rapidly, we cannot ship to all states. Please click here to view the list of those states where we currently are able to ship.
All of our orders are shipped in discreet packaging via UPS or USPS. We process most orders within 24 hours, and most orders arrive to customers within 3 to 5 days of leaving our warehouse. Please remember that our carriers do not operate on Sundays and federal holidays, so this may impact delivery times.
